At Peptides2Go, we strive to ensure complete satisfaction with every order. Please read the following policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

Due to the sensitive and perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns on peptides or any items that have been opened, used, or tampered with.

Returns may only be considered if:

• The product arrives damaged or defective

• The wrong item was received

• The item remains unopened, unused, and in its original packaging

If you believe you’ve received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the product in question.

Refunds

Refunds will only be issued under the following circumstances:

• Your item was lost in transit (as confirmed by tracking)

• You received a damaged or incorrect product and have returned it to us in accordance with our policy

• Your order was cancelled prior to shipping

Once your return is approved and received (if applicable), we will process the refund to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for the transaction to appear on your statement.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled prior to dispatch. If your order has already been shipped, we are unable to cancel or modify it.

Non-Refundable Items

• Used, opened, or reconstituted peptides

• Items not purchased directly from Peptides2Go

• Shipping fees (unless due to our error)
